Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months of service.

Are the signatures legally binding?

Yes, signatures created with SignaNote are legally binding in most countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and EU countries. Our platform complies with ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS regulations.

How many documents can I sign?

The number of documents you can sign depends on your subscription plan. Our Free plan allows up to 5 documents per month, while our Professional and Business plans offer unlimited document signing.

Can I integrate SignaNote with other tools?

Yes, SignaNote offers integrations with popular business tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Salesforce, and more. Our Business plan also includes API access for custom integrations with your existing workflows.

What file formats are supported?

SignaNote supports PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), and image files (JPG, PNG). All documents are converted to PDF format for signing.
